How to Request a Refund

2. Submit a support ticket with subject "Refund Request"
3. Include your order number and reason for the refund
4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
5. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Account Termination and Refunds

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are only issued when services are cancelled by the customer in accordance with this policy.
