All fees are due in advance unless otherwise stated
We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer
Late payments may result in service suspension
All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans. Domain registration fees, VPS plans, and dedicated servers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for any illegal activities, spam, malware distribution, or content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.

8. Limitation of Liability

OLANCE Ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may immediately suspend services for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
